1. Booking Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed once the required payment has been received, according to the Booking & Payment Policy.

2. Cancellation by the Guest

If the guest cancels the reservation:

• More than 30 days before arrival: the 30% booking deposit is non-refundable.
• 14–30 days before arrival: 60% of the total booking amount is non-refundable.
• Less than 14 days before arrival: the full booking amount is non-refundable.

3. Date Changes

Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Approved date changes may incur a rate difference if applicable.

4. No Shows & Early Departure

No refunds will be issued for:

• late arrivals;
• early departures;
• unused nights;
• failure to check in.

5. Force Majeure

Vista Lodge cannot be held responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters;
• wildfires;
• earthquakes;
• severe weather;
• government travel restrictions;
• strikes;
• pandemics;
• utility interruptions beyond our control.

Whenever possible, we will work with guests to find an alternative solution, but refunds cannot be guaranteed.

6. Cancellation by Vista Lodge

In the unlikely event that Vista Lodge is unable to honor a confirmed reservation, guests will receive a full refund of all payments made.

This refund constitutes the full extent of Vista Lodge’s liability.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.
